REFUNDS BY POST

Items may be returned to us for a refund within 28 days of original purchase at the customers expense, all items should be sent to: Vepwear, Unit 5, Site 3, Alma Park Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 9SE.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items back to us, refunds for postage will not be issued. (alternately you can return your items to us in person to avoid postage costs, please see details below).

Please make sure to quote your name and order number, when returning your items to ensure we can identify your order and details.

It is recommended that you send your items via a recorded delivery method for peace of mind. Vepwear will not be held liable for any loss or damage to parcels that are being returned to us.

Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging and original state, we reserve the right to refuse any request for a refund if we believe that the item has been worn or soiled through being incorrectly laundered, stained, damaged or torn by the wearer.

 

REFUNDS IN PERSON

Items may be returned to us in person for a refund within 28 days of original purchase in person by providing proof of purchase (by law, card refunds must be applied to the card used for the original purchase only).

Items can be returned to us in person at: Vepwear, Unit 5, Site 3, Alma Park Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 9SE.

Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging and original state, we reserve the right to refuse any request for a refund if we believe that the item has been worn or soiled through being incorrectly laundered, stained, damaged or torn by the wearer.

 

INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED/DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received items which are faulty or damaged, not what you ordered or a different quantity, please notify us by telephone or email within 3 days of receiving your goods so that we can quickly resolve the matter.

If you have received items that have been damaged in transit, please raise this with the delivery driver immediately and take a photo of the damaged package. Please notify us via phone or email within 3 days of receiving your goods so we can quickly resolve the matter.

 

EXCHANGES BY POST

Items may be returned to us for an exchange within 28 days of original purchase at the customers expense, all items should be sent to: Vepwear, Unit 5, Site 3, Alma Park Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 9SE.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items back to us and the resend of replacement items, refunds for postage will not be issued. (alternately you can return your items to us in person to avoid postage costs, please see details below).

This is the easiest, quickest, and cheapest way for us to exchange your goods, we will be able to do a straight swap with you if you require the same item, providing we have stock of the item at the time.

BESPOKE OR PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

We want to allow our customers and consumers the ability to personalise and customise their items through each step of the process, it is vitally important that when you place your order for personalised products that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation, and grammar are correct.

As each item is tailor-made and personalised to each individual customer, we cannot resell these items. Unless there an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective or damaged, we cannot accept returns on personalised or bespoke items.
